1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 5qqq ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 5qqq online gaming platform available at 5qqq.io.

By accessing the 5qqq website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you have opened.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 5qqq Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 5qqq. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 5qqq Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 5qqq enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, in line with our Responsible Gaming commitments.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, corporation, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not under any form of self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or court-mandated restriction from gambling.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 5qqq Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 5qqq or its affiliated game providers.

5qqq reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accrued while verification is pending may be withheld pending successful completion of verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To use the 5qqq Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of these details change.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 5qqq account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be closed, all balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 5qqq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach, you must notify 5qqq immediately by contacting [email protected]. 5qqq reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure while any security concern is investigated.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations and anti-money-laundering procedures, 5qqq may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required prior to processing withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5qqq currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the 5qqq Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 5qqq does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the player's current verification tier and may be adjusted at 5qqq's discretion. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's 5qqq account within seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the player's account balance. 5qqq is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 5qqq within an average of 15 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional verification is required, where a withdrawal request triggers an internal fraud or AML review, or where the player has outstanding wagering requirements attached to a bonus. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the player's verified identity.

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose. 5qqq does not provide credit facilities and will not be responsible for any financial hardship resulting from a player's use of the Platform. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit tools available in their account settings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 5qqq are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that will be disclosed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the associated terms in full.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. Certain game types (such as live dealer games and some specialty games) may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5qqq employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

5.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

5qqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed in good faith, except where the modification is required for legal compliance reasons.

6 Game Rules & Wagering

All games available on the 5qqq Platform are governed by the individual rules set by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a conflict between 5qqq's general terms and a specific game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall apply to game-specific matters.

5qqq is not responsible for technical failures on the part of a third-party game provider. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a round, the affected round may be deemed void and any wagers placed during that round refunded to the player's account at 5qqq's sole discretion.

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are set at the game level and displayed clearly within the game interface. Placing bets outside of these limits is not permitted and the Platform may reject such bets automatically. Winnings are calculated and credited to the player's account in real time following each completed game round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5qqq Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip-dumping, sharing hole cards, or signalling strategies.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any form of automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to manual players.
• Money laundering: Using the 5qqq Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 5qqq is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, glitch, pricing error, or system malfunction to place bets or accrue winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider for funds that have already been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one 5qqq account or assisting another person in operating an account in breach of these Terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

5qqq is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity safely. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides the following responsible gaming features to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5qqq Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to 5qqq and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 5qqq Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, uploaded, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of 5qqq.

Game content, including game art, sounds, logic, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

5qqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a player's use of or inability to use the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if 5qqq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5qqq does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond 5qqq's reasonable control may result in periods of unavailability. 5qqq shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

5qqq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects the rights of existing players, 5qqq will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the player's account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by the Player

Players may close their 5qqq account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to any applicable verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Account Termination by 5qqq

5qqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, provision of false information, or conduct that 5qqq reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In cases of termination due to a breach, 5qqq may forfeit the player's entire account balance without obligation to provide a refund.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 5qqq is incorporated and operates as an international platform.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 5qqq, the player should first contact the 5qqq Customer Support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 5qqq will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
